Morlan Gallery, Take 2!

Last week (the week of 09/18/17), we got to show off Dreams in 3 different modes of play, for the Transylvania University Morlan Art Gallery, as a part of "Senses of Place: VR" exhibit; however not only once, but twice! Opening night went without a hitch and we were excited to show off our games for a fairly large group. A few days after that, we had another showing for the Gallery Hop event that was taking place in all of downtown Lexington, and we got even more people to flood in our little corner of the building. Of course, Richie and Dima were there to show off their interdependent VR technology, along with us and our little VR games.

For over 2 hours, we had all sorts of people come in, of different ages, ethnicity, backgrounds, etc.; but in common, all seemed to enjoy what we had to offer, and some even took enough notice to possibly want to get involved with the HVRE gang for future works! As the event winded down, the group got to discuss the next big event that we would be able to participate in, and just so happens that on the 6th of October next month, we will be having one showcasing; however, during this one, Shea Rembold and myself will take the reins and the mic for a 45-minute presentation, where we will play our games for an audience - perhaps getting some of them involved with our demonstration - then have a Q and A afterwards, to answer any questions for those that might not understand VR the way we do.

If you have yet to see our games in action, consider coming out for our last event at Morlan before the Lexplay convention this year (in which, we are going to be there, as well, showing off updated versions of the games). But if you are one who doesn't like to sit around watching others work on stuff, please contact us so you, too, can be a part of our pioneering group of digital creators!
