This past Sunday meeting (on the 7th) was a busy day not only for HVRE-related endeavors, but also for some of its members' personal lives. Specifically speaking, our very own Christopher Royse graduated from BCTC's newest Video Game and Graphic Design course with honors, and took a few of the other members with him to Frankfort for the ride. We congratulate Chris on this awesome achievement, even more so because his newfound knowledge will be able to assist our projects on an even greater scale.
As for the actual meeting itself, those who did attend the weekly meeting at Kre8Now worked on their games, adding in new lines of scripts, new artwork, and developing better mechanics and ideas from the previous versions. This next meeting (on the 14th) should see a normal, full attendance; having our teams working on their first Beta version for their games and experiences; we can not wait!
As for those who are somewhat new to the video game development scene - or have prior experience but don't know how to utilize them - this is an ample opportunity to come show off your skills, or learn from those that have been dabbling in the gaming industry for some time. All are welcome, and we would love to see new faces coming through those doors, with new experiences that we possibly haven't even though of, yet!
