This past Sunday (on the 26th) HVRE of 2017 had its very first workshop meeting where everyone got to pitch, prototype, then eventually present their ideas to one another, in an effort to create a list of potential games/art pieces that will grace the digital gallery of our newest project, "Dreams."
We had a decent turnout and came up with over 10 ideas, all being very different from one another: from a musically-infused bubble game, to a soul simulator, to a relaxing dip in a custom galaxy, to dealing with a swarm of paper cranes, and other surreal and captivating experiences.
This is the first week out members will draw up their first GDDs ("game design documents") and come together into different teams to develop starter goals that will accumulate into the first Milestone Mission set for the end of this month of April. With that being said, we will continue to allow new members to come in at any point, to help with already established games, and perhaps if it doesn't take too much time, they can attempt to create their own; contact us or stay tuned for further details!
